The 613th and final commandment (mitzvah*) of the Torah is to write the Torah for yourself. Since a Torah missing any letter is considered invalid, writing one letter is the equivalent of writing an entire Torah. Thus, it is considered that you have fulfilled the commandment if the scribe writes a letter in your honor.
Today, 2000-12-17, at the house of the Cohens, a scribe filled in the letter yud in my honor. It is in the word mitzrayim or Egypt, at the very end of the Torah. Take a look
