Notation3 (N3) is a simple language to allow RDF statements to be placed in ASCII coversations, like email. Tim Berners-Lee made it and provides a spec and primer to help you get started.
The best code is written by Tim Berners-Lee and Dan Connolly in Python* as part of SWAP (CVS archive). Sandro Hawke has also done some lex*/yacc parsers and C*-based tools for parsing N3.
Sean Palmer* also has some notes on N3.
