Dublin Core is a key part of the Semantic Web, but unfortunately it has little documentation and what it has is out of date. This is an attempt to collect the resources on Dublin Core and its use in XML.
DCES 1.1 has an RDF Schema which is unreadable because it uses an old namespace.
DC in RDF is an old look at a possible encoding of DC in RDF. However, it is woefully outdate and likely inappropriate for modern usage.
