RDFPath is the plan to make an XPath*-like query system for the RDF data model.
Stefan wrote a proposal, then I wrote another proposal to make it more understandable and compatible with Notation3.
Stefan started an informal working group to come up with a real specification, but, IMO, it's currently bogged down in silly process issues.
